Hello, and welcome to my weblog. I'd like to introduce myself to you, so you know who I am, and what my interests are, so you know what to expect from this Blog. First of all my name; I'm Bastiaan Franssen, currently 24 years old and living in a small town called Maastricht in the Southern part of The Netherlands.

My hobbies are mountain biking, traveling, working out and experimenting with food. In traveling and experimenting with food I have a special interest in everything that's got to do with Italy and the Mediterranean area.

Besides those hobbies I have a special interest in writing. Probably that's why I started posting on this blog. In here you will find everything about Italy, Traveling, special events, recipes, food, health and nutrition and everything else that crosses my mind.
